Orbital Desk LLC runs this storefront. We collect as little as possible. Effective September 30, 2026.

What we collect

• Your email address — you enter it at checkout so Stripe can send your receipt and we can help with support.
• Order records — what you bought, when, and for how much, so we can issue refunds and keep our books.
• Payment details — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe's own privacy policy governs that data.
• Basic server logs — our hosting provider (Cloudflare) logs standard technical data such as IP addresses and request times for security and reliability.

How we use it

To deliver your download, process refunds, answer support requests, and comply with the law. That is all.

What we don't do

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not currently send marketing email; if that ever changes, it will be opt-in with a working unsubscribe link.

Cookies

This site itself sets no tracking cookies. Stripe Checkout may set its own cookies when you pay; those are covered by Stripe's policies.

Data retention and your choices

We keep order emails as long as needed for refunds, tax records, and fraud prevention. To ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it where the law allows, email [email protected].

Children

This store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
